Since 2018 we have come up with this initiative of $0.012 Fishing Pond or ” 1 Takar Pukur”. This is a 0.20 acre pond with adequate amount of fish varieties weighing from 300 grams upto 4 KG. The idea is to promote ethical and healty practices of sports fishing using native techniques. ” 1 Takar Pukur” is a symbolic tagline to encourage both young and experienced anglers to come and quinch their thurst of angling in an ethical manner. Stricly catch & release policy is enforced during any angling activity in this pond. Owned by the founder of the club A. Habib (Akib), “1 Takar Pukur” is open 24/7 for both local and international anglers for many years to come.
